I had a fantastic stay in this hotel as it was very close to the Naples train station - just across the street. The convenience of being really near the train station made it easy for me to explore the city and take day trips to nearby attractions. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with precise walking directions when I needed them.

The hotel provided a clean room, great breakfast on the roof garden, and convenient location near the train station and metro. The staff was friendly and polite, and the sister hotel they moved us to was satisfactory. Pizzeria Pellone nearby was really good.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The prime location near the train station and airport bus drop-off makes it extremely convenient for travelers. The staff, most of whom speak English, are attentive and helpful. The prices are very reasonable, with affordable dining options on-site. The rooms are clean and comfortable, exactly like in the pictures. The breakfast provided is a typical European spread and the coffee is made to order, ensuring a pleasant start to the day.
